Chalovip Terms & Conditions — The Foundation of Our Relationship

1Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Chalovip platform ("Chalovip", "we", "us") and the member ("you", "user"). By accessing the chalovip.best website or mobile application ("Platform"), you are automatically subject to these Terms.

Key terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below to avoid any confusion:

• Platform: Chalovip's website (chalovip.best) and mobile application, collectively.
• Member: A person who holds a registered account on Chalovip.
• Bet: A wager placed on the outcome of an event.
• Balance: The total amount in a member's account — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses combined.
• Wagering Requirement: The wagering multiplier required to withdraw bonus funds.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a member's identity and age.
• RNG: Random Number Generator — a certified technology used to determine the results of draws and games.

2Membership & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the Chalovip platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts registered under the same device, mobile number, or name will all be suspended.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration. Accounts created with a false name, date of birth, or mobile number may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.
• The mobile number used during registration must belong to the member — another person's number is not permitted.
• Your account password, OTP, and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Any loss resulting from sharing this information with a third party is the member's sole responsibility.
• Chalovip reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time and without providing a reason.

3Account Verification (KYC)

Chalovip conducts a KYC process to verify the identity and age of its members. This is both a regulatory requirement and a measure to protect members themselves.

• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a specified amount.
• KYC may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate.
• All submitted documents must be genuine and up to date. Submitting forged documents will result in legal action.
• Chalovip reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• All submitted information is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through the member's own mobile banking account.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile number used at registration. Transfers to a different number are not possible.
• If money laundering or the use of illegal funds is suspected, Chalovip reserves the right to suspend the transaction and conduct an investigation.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance. See the Bonus section for details.
• If a technical error results in an overpayment, Chalovip reserves the right to recover the excess amount.

5Betting Rules

All members must follow the rules below when betting on Chalovip. For more information on betting, Sports Betting View Page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed — except where the Cash Out feature applies.
• Pre-match bets placed after a match has started will not be accepted. Chalovip reserves the right to void such bets.
• Chalovip reserves the right to void any bet placed by exploiting technical errors or clearly incorrect odds.
• If a bet is found to be linked to match manipulation, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled for undetermined reasons, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• In live betting, the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are final.
• Maximum bet limits may vary per match or event, and Chalovip reserves the right to adjust them at any time.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Chalovip offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, detailed on the bonus page. General bonus rules are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available only once, on your first deposit. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and balances.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. This typically ranges from 20× to 30× the bonus amount.
• Bonuses come with a wagering requirement that must be met within a set timeframe — typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unfulfilled bonus will be cancelled once the deadline passes.
• Each promotion has a maximum bonus amount. This cap cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
• Some bonuses are restricted to specific games or betting categories — this will be clearly stated in the bonus details.
• Winnings from a free bet bonus will only credit the profit portion to your balance — the original free bet stake is not included.
• Chalovip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Chalovip. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

8Lottery Special Rules

• Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase — not even before the draw concludes.
• Draw results are final. Results generated through RNG technology are not subject to review or appeal.
• Jackpot winners will receive their prizes after KYC verification has been completed.
• A member may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per draw.
• If the same ticket is accidentally purchased more than once, Chalovip may refund the amount paid for the duplicate tickets.
• If a lottery draw cannot take place at the scheduled time, Chalovip will announce a new time within 24 hours. Tickets cannot be cancelled under these circumstances.
• Scratch cards that are purchased but left unused are non-refundable.

9Responsible Betting

Chalovip takes responsible betting very seriously. Betting should be a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. To learn more, Responsible Gaming View Page.

• Chalovip allows members to set their own deposit, session, and bet limits.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account will be temporarily deactivated for a period of 7 days to 12 months.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, Chalovip will alert the member and, where necessary, provide information on professional support services.
• If anyone places bets on behalf of a minor, the account will be permanently closed and all remaining balance will be donated to charity.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Chalovip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions.
• If registration using false or fraudulent information is proven.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If suspicious transactions or signs of money laundering are detected.
• As directed by the regulatory authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any claims relating to outstanding winnings or balance must be submitted within 30 days of the request.

11Dispute Resolution

If a member wishes to raise a complaint regarding any decision or transaction made by Chalovip, please follow the process below:

• Please write to support@chalovip.best with full details within 30 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
• Please include your account number, the date of the incident, and a full description in your complaint. Attach any relevant screenshots if available.
• Chalovip will provide an initial response within 7 business days and a final decision within 30 days.
• Data obtained from game statistics and server logs will be considered final in the resolution of any dispute.
• If you are not satisfied with Chalovip's internal decision, you have the option to escalate your case to the relevant licensing authority.

12Changes to Terms & Conditions

Chalovip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes:

• Members will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may request to close their account.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
